Add the ROC fields and Generate Gensuite Report switch to the plant's Issue form.
The Issue form of each plant must hold every field the integration sends. The example below shows one plant's form; your form can have other fields.
Open Report Issue Configuration for the plant.
In the General section, make sure the form has the fields the integration sends, including the custom ROC fields.

Enter the dropdown options for Type of ROC, ROC - Unit, and ROC - Status.
The options must match the mRounds values in the integration value mappings exactly, including case. Otherwise the value mapping does not pick them up. See Map Plant Issues to Gensuite Concern Reports.
Check the form in the phone preview, and click Save & Publish.
Description is required on the form; it is a separate field from Title, which maps to the Gensuite Description field.
