Spare Parts Control Center
The Spare Parts Control Center (SPCC) is one of six modules in the Connected Back Office (CBO) application. It is integrated with the mInventory application and helps you track material or pick-list status and assign pick-lists to technicians.
Assign Picker to Technician
You can assign a picker to the technician for a work order to start picking the material. Work orders that meet the configured kitting criteria are moved to the Kits Required queue for picker assignment.

Get Started
Connect to the server, log in, download the data you need for your shift, and set the language, time format, and text size.
Find Your Way Around mInventory
Learn the Home screen, buttons, and icons, set your default values and favorite modules, and find records by filtering, sorting, and scanning.
Work Offline
When the network connection is low or unstable, you can switch to offline mode and continue working: the transactions that you do in offline mode are stored in Offline Outbox, and they are automatically posted to backend systems when you switch from offline to online mode.
Unit 1: Inventory Management
Check stock, receive and issue goods, count inventory, transfer stock, correct or reverse postings, and verify the resulting material documents.
Unit 2: Warehouse Management
Put away received goods, pick, pack, and stage materials, move stock between bins, count warehouse stock, manage handling units, and monitor warehouse work.
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Processes
  Put away received goods, confirm transfer orders, create outbound deliveries, and pick and pack items for delivery.
- Create Storage Bins and Bin Labels
  Use the Bin Creation module to create bins and print the bin labels. When you add a Bin Number in Online mode, the application validates if the Storage Bin exists in SAP. Once the bin is created, you can print the labels.
- Generate and Print Barcode Labels
  Use the Label Printing module to generate and print barcode labels for Outbound Delivery-Handling Unit, Purchase Order/Stock Transport Order, Bin and Return Delivery.
- Kitting and Staging Materials (Kitting)
  Kitting and Staging helps warehouse operators to KIT (collect) the stock items of an order and place order for non stock items. Once all items in the order are kitted and staged using Kitting module, warehouse operators issue them to the maintenance technicians at one go and help complete the work with ease. You can enter and confirm a quantity greater than the required quantity during the kitting process to handle excess material quantities without workflow interruptions.
- Transfer Stock Within Warehouse
  Transfer stock from one bin to another in a warehouse, in Foreground or Background mode.
- Count Warehouse and Handling Unit Stock
  Count stock in handling units and warehouse bins, clear count differences, recount, and run blind counts.
- Manage Goods Movement and Stock Management (Extended Warehouse Management)
  Receive, pack, put away, pick, issue, move, and count stock in Extended Warehouse Management.

  - Filter and Search Work Orders
    You can filter the work orders based on Show Overdue, Priority, Kitting Status, Work Center, and so on.

    You can assign a picker to the technician for a work order to start picking the material. Work orders that meet the configured kitting criteria are moved to the Kits Required queue for picker assignment.

Unit 3: Logistics, Procurement and Services
Raise and approve purchasing documents, confirm services, create and load shipments, and execute Remote Logistics transactions.
Troubleshoot Common Problems
Find what to check when scanning, printing, offline work, synchronization, posting, or counting does not work as expected.

Assign Picker to Technician

You can assign a picker to the technician for a work order to start picking the material. Work orders that meet the configured kitting criteria are moved to the Kits Required queue for picker assignment.

The Assign Picklist dropdown displays only users who are assigned a picker role for the selected plant and who actively use the Kitting and Goods Issue - Kitting Order modules.

To assign a picker to technicians:

Click the Spare Parts Control Center module on the left-side pane.
Search and select the work order you want to assign under the Kits Required section.
Click the Assign Picker button.
In the Assign To window, select the technician and click OK.
The picklist is assigned to the technician and the work order moves to the Assigned for Picking state. The material is now ready for picking or staging.

Work orders are either marked Collected or Not Collected and filtered by collection status. Non-stock materials automatically move to Kits Complete after Goods Receipt and can be manually moved to Kits Issued.
