Start Your Shift
Start each shift by signing in, confirming the correct work context, reviewing the previous handover, and making sure the rounds you need are available.
Find and Claim Your Rounds
Assign an open round to yourself, create an ad hoc round, or unassign a round you cannot complete.
Execute the Round
Use this chapter once a round is assigned to you and you are ready to start work. It sets out the normal path through a round, and the side paths to take when something does not go to plan.
Choose an Issue or an Action
Choose how to record follow-up work when a round reveals an abnormal condition or a separately assignable activity.
Close Your Shift
End the shift by bringing active work to a safe stopping point, recording unresolved conditions, and submitting a clear handover to the incoming shift.

Alert Rounds from PI When PI detects an abnormal reading on an asset, you get a notification with a round to respond. Open it to see what triggered the alert. For more information, see Overview of mRounds and Start a Round and Follow the Route.
Alerts in Shift Handover Report The Shift Handover Report on mobile shows alerts from connected systems for your shift. Review each alert’s severity and age, and create an issue when follow-up is needed. For more information, see Accept the Shift Handover Report.
Dozuki Work Instructions in Rounds Open Dozuki guides attached to a round or task right from the round, so the correct procedure is always at hand. You can keep entering readings and submit the round even if a guide is unavailable. For more information, see Start a Round and Follow the Route.
AI Detect for Issues Create issues faster by describing the problem through typing or voice and adding one or more photos. AI identifies the asset and location where possible, fills in the title and description, and suggests a priority. Review the details and create the issue. For more information, see Create an Issue Using AI.
