- Log in to the iMaintenance Application
  Log in to iMaintenance by entering your company domain, username, and password.
  - Create Passcode
    The application prompts you to create a passcode on first login for faster sign-in on future visits.
  - Enable Biometric Access
    Enable biometric access to log in to iMaintenance using your device's fingerprint or face recognition.

  Use the Dashboard and main screens to find assigned work, reported issues, alerts, and supporting tools.

Prepare for Your Shift
Before the shift begins, set the synchronization scope, review notifications, find priority work, and confirm the required records are available.
Report and Manage Issues
Report a new equipment problem, reuse a similar issue when appropriate, or correct an incorrect work-order link.
Execute a Work Order
Review the configured safety and job prerequisites, perform the assigned operations, record the work, and complete the work order.
View Equipment Details
Review equipment information, related work, documents, hierarchy, and measuring points.
View Functional Location Details
Review a functional location, its hierarchy, associated equipment, documents, history, and measuring points.
Settings, Help, and Profile
Manage display and language preferences, open support resources, and review your profile and session history outside the active work journey.

Enable Biometric Access

Enable biometric access to log in to iMaintenance using your device's fingerprint or face recognition.

To enable biometric access:

In the Set Up Biometric Authentication screen, tap Enable Biometrics.
If your device supports fingerprint recognition, provide your fingerprint to enable fingerprint login.
If your device supports face recognition, scan your face to enable face login.

Note:
You can use username and password, passcode, fingerprint, or facial scan to log in, depending on which methods you set up.

The application then syncs master data and attachments for offline access and displays the Home screen.

Biometric access is enabled for subsequent sign-in on the device.
