Manage Standalone Permits Without a Work Order

Complete the Standalone Permit lifecycle from review and authorization through issue, execution, surrender, and closure without linking a work order. Applicable JHAs, isolations, atmospheric logs, attachments, readings, approvals, and extensions remain available.
