When risk-based scheduling is enabled, scheduling and target dates are populated automatically during Work Order creation on Mobile. For more information, see Start a Work Order. |

|
Manage Work Order Tasks and Activities from Mobile Add and edit Work Order Tasks from Mobile, including tasks created from configured form templates with their own assignments, labor, and materials. Changes sync, while technicians can view tasks and activities in Work Order Details. For more information, see Manage Work Order Tasks and Activities. |
|

The Work Order status reflects the progress of its individual assignments. For more information, see Assign Multiple Technicians. |

Follow-up requests created offline are submitted upon reconnection without creating duplicates, when offline creation is configured. For more information, see Create a Follow-on Work Order. |

Plant-level settings and separate reporting and clearing permissions control blocker visibility and access, with offline support. For more information, see Review Wrench Time Loss. |
