Create Dashboards

You can create custom dashboards tailored to operational needs, giving different user personas visibility into the most relevant data.

To create a dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > My Dashboard.
  2. Click the Add (+) icon next to All Dashboards on the left panel.
  3. In the Add New Dashboard window:
    • Enter a title.
    • Select a product (e.g., iMaintenance).
    • Choose a category (e.g., Jobs at Risk, My Jobs).
    • Add a description.


  4. Click Done to create the dashboard.

    You can now begin adding widgets to the dashboard.

    Tip: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled out to create a dashboard.
