Create and Prepare a Round Plan

Create a round plan by choosing the best starting method, defining its scope, building the Operator workflow, validating the mobile experience, and preparing it for approval and scheduling.

A round plan is the reusable definition from which rounds are generated. Choose the quickest reliable starting point, then follow the same preparation flow before the plan is used by Operators.

Continue through the common preparation flow

  1. Create or select the starting plan and define its purpose, plant, route, and core details.
  2. Add locations or assets, pages, sections, and tasks.
  3. Use response-type guidance only for the fields required by each task.
  4. Add conditional logic when a response should control follow-up behavior.
  5. Preview the mobile experience and send the plan for approval.
  6. After approval and publication, schedule and assign the plan.
