Troubleshoot Common Problems
Use this guidance when planning, approval, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, or handover behavior does not match what you expect.
| Symptom | Likely Cause and Next Step |
|---|---|
| A round plan cannot be scheduled. | Only approved and published round plans can be scheduled. Check its status and, if still in Draft or pending approval, see Preview and Send a Round Plan for Approval and Review and Approve Round Plan to Publish. |
| You can't create or manage a Global Template. | Global Template access is role- and permission-based. See Choose a Local or Global Template. |
| An SAP/ERP field (asset, location, notification data) is missing or out of date on a round plan or issue. | Requires SAP integration. Confirm the plant has SAP/ERP integration configured, and that the asset/location master data has synced. See Add Locations, Assets, Sections, and Tasks. |
| You archived a round plan by mistake. | Restore it — archiving is reversible. See Restore a Round Plan. Deleting is not reversible; see Choose Archive or Delete. |
| The Shift Handover Report cannot be submitted, or was Auto-Submitted. | If the Outgoing Supervisor does not submit by end of shift, the system auto-submits. See Generate and Submit the Shift Handover Report. |
| An AI-generated template doesn't match what you asked for. | Review it against the checklist before marking it Ready, and edit field types, labels, and mandatory flags as needed. See Create a Round Plan Template Using AI. |
| A round plan preview looks fine on web but is unusable on mobile. | Always check the mobile preview, not just the web layout, before sending for approval. See Preview and Send a Round Plan for Approval. |
| An operator reports a round is missing or was reassigned unexpectedly. | Check the current assignment and status in View Scheduled Rounds and Their Status and Review Scheduled Round Plan Details. For future generated rounds, modify the scheduled plan or assigned operator as described in Modify a Scheduled Round Plan. |
