What Your Administrator Controls

Execute a Work Order
Open the work order assigned to you and tap Start Job, then complete the checks shown for that job, do the work, record it, and complete the work order.
- Operation Status, Confirmation, and Timesheets
  Before you start work, see what an operation's status shows, what an Operation Confirmation records, and why Timesheet submission and work-order completion are separate actions.
- Before Work Starts — When Shown
  - Acknowledge the Permit for Your Job
    Review and acknowledge an issued permit before starting the applicable work.
  - Review the Linked JHA
    When a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is linked to your work order or operation, review and acknowledge it before you begin work.
  - Read the Work Instruction Before You Start
    When a work-order-level Work Instruction is attached to your job, review it before starting any operation; when an operation has a Work Instruction of its own, read its steps before you start that operation.
  - Review the Job Plan
  - Collect Components
    Collect the components required for a work order by scanning QR codes or checking inventory stock.
- Start an Operation or Sub-operation
  After reviewing the required permit, JHA, Work Instruction, components, and forms, start the operation assigned to you. Its status changes to In Progress and execution tracking begins.
- During Execution — When Shown

- End and Confirm an Operation
  When the assigned work is complete, end the operation and confirm the execution details before submitting time.
- Surrender the Permit
  Once the permitted work is complete, surrender the permit to release it back to the Issuer.
- Submit a Timesheet
  After confirming the operation, submit the recorded work time for supervisor review.
- Correct and Resubmit a Rejected Timesheet
  When your supervisor rejects a timesheet entry, correct the details, explain the changes in a comment, and resubmit it for review.
- Complete a Work Order
  Complete the work order after all required operations, permits, forms, components, time, and follow-up records are finished.
Look Up Equipment and Locations
View equipment and functional location details, and create measuring points.

When a Job Plan is associated with a Work Order, you can review the planned work and requirements before starting the job.

Use the Job Plan as a reference while performing the work.
