Capture Multiple Readings from a Photo
Photograph a gauge, DCS screen, control panel, or display instead of typing each value. mRounds reads the numbers into the matching task fields for you to check and confirm.
AI Autofill is disabled by default and is enabled on request. If the camera option does not appear on the task, it is not enabled for you. See What Your Administrator Controls.
One photo can fill several numeric fields at once instead of entering each value separately. The values are not saved until you confirm them.
To capture readings from a photo:
The confirmed values are saved against their matching tasks, exactly as if you had typed them. Range checks and conditional logic behave the same way.
Capture a single HMI reading: Use HMI capture when the task allows the device camera to read a numeric value from an equipment screen. mRounds records the value and keeps the image as evidence.
During task execution, use the camera option provided for the reading and capture the HMI screen.
mRounds uses AI to extract the numeric value, populates the task response, and saves the captured HMI image as visual proof.
Next: Continue through the remaining tasks on the page. See Review Task Guidance and Complete Each Response Type.
