As an Operator, use mRounds to follow planned inspection routes, record asset readings, report abnormal conditions, and pass accurate information to the next shift.

- Start a Round and Follow the Route
  Start an assigned round and use the route to visit assets in a practical order. This helps you complete the planned checks without missing a location.

End the shift by bringing active work to a safe stopping point, recording unresolved conditions, and submitting a clear handover to the incoming shift.

Use search and filters when you need to find a specific round, Issue, or Action without scanning every record in the list.

Add Notes and Attachments to a Round

Add notes and supporting files when a round needs more context than task responses alone provide. The information can also support the shift handover.

To add notes and attachments:

Tap the Attachments icon for the asset or equipment, then add the file.
- You can add photos, videos, audio (up to 1 minute), or documents (PDF, Word, or Excel).
- Attachments appear as links in the Shift Handover Report PDF.
- You can zoom in, zoom out, or reset the image view.
Tap the Note icon to add a note.
If the next operator needs to see the note, select Add note to Shift Handover Report.
Tap Save.

The note or attachment is saved to the round. If you selected Add note to Shift Handover Report, the note also appears in the Shift Handover Report.

Next: Return to the current round and continue its tasks. At the end of the shift, the recorded notes and attachments support the handover.
