What Happens After You Submit a Round

Where the round goes once you submit it, how long it stays on your device, and what your supervisor sees.

On your device

A Round Submitted Successfully message appears with Share PDF and Go Home. The timer stops and the total execution duration is shown. See Submit a Round.

The round leaves My Rounds after 24 hours, and that period is configurable. After that, open the Submitted list or use search and filters to find it — see Search and Filter Rounds, Issues, and Actions. You can still view it as a PDF or share it: View a Submitted Round as a PDF and Share a Submitted Round PDF.

If you submitted without a connection

The round stays in the Outbox and synchronizes automatically once the device reconnects. Nothing reaches your supervisor until that sync completes, so check the Outbox before you finish a shift you worked without signal. See Review and Sync the Outbox. If an entry stays pending after you reconnect, see Review an Entry Waiting to Synchronize.

What your supervisor sees

The round's status becomes Submitted and the record opens on the web with its summary, observations, notes and tasks. Readings outside their configured limits show as exceptions, and your readings feed the compliance figures and the Shift Handover Report for the shift.

Where a task is tied to an SAP measuring point, your reading posts as a measurement document and the document number appears on the record.

Issues and Actions you raised

These are tracked separately from the round. Submitting the round does not close them — they stay open until someone records a resolution. See Choose an Issue or an Action.
