As an Operator, use mRounds to follow planned inspection routes, record asset readings, report abnormal conditions, and pass accurate information to the next shift.

  Start an assigned round and use the route to visit assets in a practical order. This helps you complete the planned checks without missing a location.

Choose how to record follow-up work when a round reveals an abnormal condition or a separately assignable activity.
Close Your Shift
End the shift by bringing active work to a safe stopping point, recording unresolved conditions, and submitting a clear handover to the incoming shift.
Search and Filter Rounds, Issues, and Actions
Use search and filters when you need to find a specific round, Issue, or Action without scanning every record in the list.
Troubleshoot Common Problems
Use this guidance when a round, scan, response, handover, or synchronization step does not work as expected.
Customize Your Settings
Set your plant, unit, position, and shift, choose what data synchronizes, and change the theme and language.

Save and Resume a Round

Save a round when you need to pause before all tasks are complete. You can resume later without losing the responses already recorded.

When and why: Use this whenever you need to step away from a round before it is complete — for example, to respond to a higher-priority round or an emergency.

To save a round in progress:

Finish what you can, moving between pages with Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, and so on.
Tap Save.

The round appears in the My Rounds tab under In Progress. All readings you already entered are retained.

To resume: Open the round from the In Progress section of My Rounds and continue from where you left off.
