Create and Manage Permits
Permit management ensures that hazardous work is properly planned, reviewed, authorized, and executed in compliance with safety requirements. You can create, review, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits to control work activities and ensure all required safety checks are completed throughout the permit lifecycle.

  - Review and Revert a Permit
    After a permit is raised, it enters the review stage, where the reviewer validates the work scope, hazards, and safety requirements before allowing the permit to move forward.
  - Authorize the Permit
    Once a permit is reviewed, it moves to the authorization stage, where the authorizer performs final checks and confirms that the work is safe before approval.
  - Issue the Permit
    After a permit is authorized, it moves to the Issue stage. In this stage, the Issuer verifies site readiness and ensures all safety conditions are met before allowing work to begin.

- Manage Permits on Mobile Application
  The functionality to manage all stages of the permit lifecycle—from raising the permit to final closure—is available in the Mobile Application. The mobile app enables users to create permits, review details, validate safety requirements, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits directly from the field.
- Scan Permit Using QR Code
  Scan a QR code from a printed or digital permit to quickly access and open the permit in the mobile application without manual search.
Create and Manage JHA
Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) helps identify, assess, and control hazards associated with a specific job or activity before work begins. Using configurable templates, you can create, assign, validate, and approve JHAs to ensure risks are properly evaluated and safety controls are in place.

Track Permit Expiry and Compliance

Archived record management enables audit and compliance readiness. Access and review past permits and JHAs for traceability and analysis.

Close the Permit

After the work is completed and the permit is surrendered from the Mobile application, the Permit Issuer can review and formally close the permit.

To close the permit, follow the steps below:

Navigate to EHS → Permits.
Go to the Surrendered tab.

Select the required permit to close.
Open the permit and review for Work completion status, Execution details and logs etc.
Verify:
1. All operations are completed
2. The permit has been surrendered
3. No open safety issues remain.
Click Close Permit.
