Permit management ensures that hazardous work is properly planned, reviewed, authorized, and executed in compliance with safety requirements. You can create, review, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits to control work activities and ensure all required safety checks are completed throughout the permit lifecycle.
Manage Permits on Mobile Application
The functionality to manage all stages of the permit lifecycle—from raising the permit to final closure—is available in the Mobile Application. The mobile app enables users to create permits, review details, validate safety requirements, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits directly from the field.

Track Permit Expiry and Compliance
Permit Expiry Reports provide a consolidated view of permits that have expired or are nearing expiry across shifts and plants. This helps supervisors quickly track permit status, identify potential compliance risks, and take timely action without opening individual permits.
Access Archived Records
Archived record management enables audit and compliance readiness. Access and review past permits and JHAs for traceability and analysis.

Field Validation (for Special Permits)

Field validation is the final physical verification before a permit can be issued. This stage confirms that actual site conditions match the documented controls.

Follow the steps below to Validate the permit:

Visit the job site in person.
Verify atmospheric conditions against the defined parameters for the permit type.
Measure and record all required readings. In the mobile app, click the Permit to be validated.
Enters actual readings in the dedicated Field Validator section..
Complete field validation and click Submit.
The permit moves to the Issue stage only after successful validation.
