You can create, review, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits to control work activities and ensure all required safety checks are completed throughout the permit lifecycle.

You can create, review, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits to control work activities and ensure all required safety checks are completed throughout the permit lifecycle.

    After a permit is raised, it enters the review stage, where the reviewer validates the work scope, hazards, and safety requirements before allowing the permit to move forward.
    - Reject the Permit
      The reviewer can reject the permit if it is no longer required.
  - Authorize the Permit
    Once a permit is reviewed, it moves to the authorization stage, where the authorizer performs final checks and confirms that the work is safe before approval.

    After a permit is authorized, it moves to the Issue stage. In this stage, the Issuer verifies site readiness and ensures all safety conditions are met before allowing work to begin.

The mobile app enables users to create permits, review details, validate safety requirements, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits directly from the field.

Reject the Permit

The reviewer can reject the permit if it is no longer required.

To reject the Permit:

Select the permit to Reject.
Click Review → Reject Permit.
Provide a reason for the rejection in the Comment box.
Click Reject.
