You can create, review, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits to control work activities and ensure all required safety checks are completed throughout the permit lifecycle.

The functionality to manage all stages of the permit lifecycle—from raising the permit to final closure—is available in the Mobile Application. The mobile app enables users to create permits, review details, validate safety requirements, authorize, issue, execute, and close permits directly from the field.

Archived record management enables audit and compliance readiness. Access and review past permits and JHAs for traceability and analysis.

Request for Reversion

After submitting a permit for review, the requester can still request a reversion if any details were missed to fill.

To request a reversion:

Go to the Permit.
Click Ask for Revert.
Add a comment explaining the changes required (for example, missed to provide PPE details).
Click Submit.
Once the reviewer approves the reversion request, the permit returns to your list.
