External Alerts in Shift Handover Report

The Shift Handover report includes an Alerts section that brings together alerts from connected systems like PI Historian, MES, and APM.

For more information, see Understand Shift Handover Reports and Manage Standing Instructions.

Schedule Standing Instructions in Advance

Supervisors can now schedule a standing instruction ahead of time for a plant, unit, or position, with a start date and optional end date. It applies automatically within that window and clears on its own once the window ends — no manual add/remove each shift.

For more information, see Schedule a Standing Instruction.

Dozuki Work Instructions in Rounds

Attach Dozuki work instructions to rounds and tasks, so operators can follow existing Dozuki guides during the round without switching apps.

For more information, see Create a New Round Plan.

Round Readings Posted to AVEVA PI

Link a task to a PI tag using the Historian Tag field, and its readings are sent to AVEVA PI when the round is submitted. This makes manual readings like gauges and sight glasses available in PI for trending and reporting

For more information, see Add Locations, Assets, Sections, and Tasks.

Pause and Resume Round Plans

pause a round plan during a shutdown, turnaround, or maintenance window, either for set dates or until they resume it.

For more information, see Pause and Resume a Round Plan.

PDF Setup and Preview for Shift Handover Report

The Shift Handover report setup includes a PDF Setup step to choose what appears in the report PDF, such as the logo, footer text, shift logs, exceptions, notes, operators, and alerts.

For more information, see Configure Shift Handover Report Content.

Create Maximo Service Requests and Work Orders from Issues

create a Maximo Service Request or Work Order directly from an mRounds issue, or link the issue to an existing one. The Maximo number and status appear on the issue, keeping maintenance progress visible in one place.

Task Contributors in the Round PDF

The Round PDF shows who executed or last modified each task, including rounds carried across shifts. Supervisors can see who recorded each reading at a glance.

For more information, see View Scheduled Rounds and Their Status.
