Use task-level scheduling when some tasks within a round must run more or less often than the rest of the plan.
For example, if the Operators must 'Check Valve Pressure' daily, you can set the
frequency on that task instead of running the entire 'Control Valve Maintenance'
plan daily.
Expand the Operator Rounds module and click
Scheduler on the left pane.
In the Plans tab, click Schedule
on the round plan and select Task Level.
Or
Click adjacent to the round plan that you want
to schedule and select Schedule > Task
Level.
Select the Allow Buffer Time check box to add buffer time
for round execution at the task level.
Select and enter the buffer time for the planned start time.
Select and enter the buffer time for the planned end time.
Buffer time extends the window in which the round can be completed without becoming
overdue. Set it to suit how long the task actually takes.
Click Next in the top-right corner.
In the Tasks screen, revise the schedule for the tasks you
want to change.
Select the location or asset in the Locations /
Assets section on the left side.
Select the tasks or whole section in the middle section.
Fill the details in the Revise Schedule section
on the right side.
Click Revise.

A message "Schedule Revised Successfully" appears.
Click Schedule in the top-right corner.
A message "Scheduled Successfully" appears and the selected tasks are
scheduled.
The selected tasks are scheduled using their configured task-level frequencies.
Adding a question later: when you add an Ask Question through conditional logic to
a task on a task-level schedule, the new dependent question joins that task's schedule
automatically. There is no second trip through Modify Schedule. See
Conditional Logic.
